The wine for this Blanc de Blanc is made from Chardonnay and Colombard.. The vinification of the organic wine is followed by bottle fermentation und maturation on the lees in our cellars. This allows the delicate brioche notes do develop, which are retained after vacuum distillation. A sparkling drink with a light colour and a delicate, unique aroma - a real alcohol-free alternative for anyone who wants to avoid noticeable residual sweetness and appreciates the elegance of a champagne.
Aroma: apple, citrus fruits and white blossoms with fine brioche notes, caramel.
Taste: notes of brioche, freshness of apple and lemon, white flowers and hints of caramel in the finish, carried by a fine acidity.
