ViSecco alcohol free with Pinot Meunier is crafted in our workshop through gentle vacuum distillation to preserve the wine's flavours. Enhanced with selected fruits, refined with exquisite blossoms, herbs and carefully chosen spices. Ideal as an aperitif or with light appetisers and desserts.
The aroma is berry-fruity with red beeries and grapes, along with subtle bitter notes.
The taste is dominated by fresh acidity, characterised by red currants, harmoniously rounded out by mild notes of Pinot Meunier.
Food pairing: as an aperitif or with light starters such as quiche with salmon and goat's cream cheese, strawberry ans aparagus salad, with fish dishes: for example grilled red mullet or risotto with a fruity component, like sour cherries or cranberries with strawberry and yoghurt dessert.
