For this vegan Cuvée we have brought together the side-by-side of perry pear, juniper, sloe, blackberry and yarrow.
Aroma: fruity fragrance of red berries with nuances of rhubarb and ripe pear, peppery notes of juniper.
Taste: Tart with echoes of sweetness paired with ripe pear, acerbic, bitter herb notes, tea leaves and aromatic peppery juniper.
Food pairing: Braised vegetables like ratatouille.
